| Goldilocks and The Three Bears. |
Costume wise... Lilly started the week as Goldilocks with Mom, Dad and Kenneth as the 3 Bears.
As the week progressed, she also rocked the Cinderella look and finished the festivities as Ariel.
While waiting for people to come to the door or people to not come to the door, Lilly was not bashful, striking up conversations with the other kids. Her favorite line... "What's your name? My name is Lilly." Of the seven dwarfs... she definitely is not bashful.
Tessa did not make the trek around the block but still managed to gather a treat here and there... especially when Lilly decided to spread her Nerds around the entire Kitchen floor. A dog with a toddler in the house is a happy dog.
Erin and I sported the Spartan Cheerleader look this year, thanks to our friends Jenny and Sean who apparently are Halloween fashionistas. Their look this year was Juno and Beaker... Jenny fittingly is pregnant and so the costume was my personal favorite.
On a side note... how come the day after Halloween is when all the good ideas for Halloween costumes come to mind? As another side note... I was surprised not to see Psy. Side note # 3... what is a morph and when did they become all the rage?
Well, enough rambling by me... here are some pics of the Halloween fun and other haps.
The Giraffe rests his hooves prior to the walk.
Mom and the Kiddos pose pre sugar & pre sugar meltdown.
Taking pictures gets harder as they get older... they get fast and definitely don't ever watch where they are walking.
Cheetah Girl and Auntie Jean Jean Mouse take a moment to pose with a real live Princess!
Cousin Melissa rocked the Effie Trinket look while the rest of the kids rocked the hungry look... hungry for candy that is. Great costume SaSa!
We Go did not disappoint. Upon my command of "Here We Go"... a frosty beverage appeared in a flash. So timely was We Go, I was double fisting for the first time in a long time (as far as you know).
So when she is a teenager and we are wondering why she has the urge to dye her hair all sorts of colors... we can look back upon this day fondly. Oddly this picture reminds me of my Grandma Grace.
Baby Bear hibernates.
Flapper, Honey Boo Boo, Marilyn, Arianna, Santa, Wrestler Chick and Juno.
Logan and Kenneth take time out to talk about the Indy Chicks. Their conclusion... Indy girls rock.
Mama Bear and Baby Bear were worn out by all the strolling.
Erin rallies and gets ready for the Perfect Cheer... "Ready? Okay!"
How you doin?
Our little cheese ball carves up some fierce looking pumpkins.
Craig, Pippa, 50's Chick, Waldo, Ted, Death, and The Squire are ready for duty.
Mom and the kiddos share a story before lights out.
