Oh Summer Please Don't Go!

The end of summer is always hard for me.  I LOVE my summers off with the kids and this summer was especially fun!  We filled our days with tons of activities, camps, swim lessons and a couple of special vacations.  Lilly is counting down the days until her first day of preschool, but I'm counting down the days until my next long weekend with these two goof balls.  xxoo

This summer Lilly learned how to ride her tricycle all by herself!

While Kenneth took two naps a day, Lilly and I did A LOT of "projects".  Here we made GAK!

Little Buddy had a very exciting summer, with his big accomplishment being WALKING.  He also worked on those McKenzie verbal skills...this boy can really talk!  We have lost count of all the words he can say (he's a little parrot) but he's stringing sentences together already.
"Mommy, I silly!"
"I wuv you, Lilly."
and the one we hear 1,000 times in a day, "I want more crackers!"

We all loved being outside as much as possible.  Daddy sure loves sidewalk chalk.

Kenneth runs and jumps now!

With school starting Lilly and Kenneth helped me with my class's Share Bear.

Kenneth really got into the sharing part.

We were able to celebrate William's 1st birthday!  The 3 Amigos are pretty fun together!

Everyone loved the cake at the party!

"Daddy, I'll be driving us to Miss Gabby's today."

The best part of the summer was seeing these two become buddies!
